The md5 algorithm is considered to be sufficient for implementing very high security hybrid digital- signature schemes - see http://theory.lcs.mit.edu/~rivest/rfc1321.txt for more details. This ensures that no-one (including us) but those who know the correct password will be able to access your diary through our login script.

    6.2 It is your responsibility to protect your own username and password where you use services on our website requiring you to provide such information and you must not share with or disclose to any other party your username and password.

Pricing, Payment and Refunds

We reserve the right to alter our subscription tariff at any time without prior warning and to change the currency in which payments are acceptable. If you have already subscribed, any price changes will not affect your current membership plan. We are not responsible for variations in price due to charges made by your Credit Card Company or changes in currency values. Payment is not completed until agreed monies have been processed and cleared for the full amount outstanding. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) until further notice. Refunds for any reason, including cancellation of the service, will be given at our sole discretion and will be made in exceptional circumstances only, due to the extra costs these refunds incur. Refunds will not be granted for cancelled subscriptions either wholly or in part. Any payments received in excess of the subscription tariff are understood to be donations to Onlinediary Ltd and are gratefully received. They are not refundable, and should you dispute them after the event you remain liable for them. You are responsible for paying any local taxes levied in your country of residence for subscribing to onlinediary.net.

Termination

Onlinediary Ltd withholds the right to terminate your account with no prior warning if you do not comply with the conditions held in this Terms and Conditions of Use. The user may terminate subscription at any time with or without motive; this termination will be effective immediately upon completion of the unsubscription process. Onlinediary Ltd will not be held responsible for any liability resulting from termination of service.

Violations

If you object to the publication of any material placed on this website please let us know by sending an appropriately worded email to abuse@onlinediary.net and we will take whatever action we deem appropriate.
